THE GOLF ACADEMY AT CNCC
We work with players of all abilities to help you improve any and all aspects of your game. Our main objective is to help players reach their potential so that they will have more FUN playing the great game of golf. One of our ways of accomplishing this goal is to keep the instruction process as simple as possible so that the student can understand and enjoy the lessons while they learn.

Learning and/or improving your game is a three-step process. First you must take some Instruction; second you must Practice; and finally, when ready, you must take it to the course and Play. At the Golf Academy at CNCC you can do all three in a fun and friendly environment. By no means are we saying that golf is a simple game, but we feel strongly that is also not as difficult a game as many of today’s “gurus” try to make it. We concentrate first on the foundation of the game: grip, aim and set-up (GAS). From that point we work with each individual based on his or her size, shape, experience, age, athletic ability, and so on.

At CNCC we have a putting and chipping green as well as a practice bunker that can be used not only for practicing green side bunker shots but also fairway bunker shots. We have a two-tiered grass driving range that holds about 16-20 players - so there is plenty of room to work on your full swing hitting off grass. For those rare times that the grass is not open we have installed a state of the art artificial grass mat that has received rave reviews. You can actually put a tee in it!

We also use many training aids and tools so that the students can get instant visual feedback of what they are working on during that lesson. We believe in creating new habits, not breaking old ones. By doing the many drills that we use at the academy we believe that as new, proper habits are developed, old ones disappear. Our saying is “Practice does not make perfect - it only makes permanent; perfect practice makes perfect.” Come to The Golf Academy at CNCC and experience how we can help your game. Whether you are a golf novice or an accomplished player or somewhere in between, we can help you with your game. Individual and group instruction is also available
